Accommodations Terms & Conditions


Check-In: 4:00PM on arrival date. Please check in at the welcome center to receive your keys, gate card and information packet.

Check-Out: 11:00AM on departure date. Please check-out at the welcome center and return all keys and gate cards. A $100 late check out fee will be charged for every hour after 11:00AM.

RESORT PRIVILEGES: The daily $18 per room resort fee gives all guests staying in the lodge access to the Foxhall Sporting Club at resort/guest rates. All activities are subject to availability and we recommend 24-hour notice. Please call the concierge at 770.489.4380 to schedule activities. Failure to follow the Club’s rules and regulations will result in loss of privileges. Guests not staying in the lodges DO NOT have access to any of the Club amenities.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: For Cypress and Oriole Lodge a non-refundable damage protection fee will be charged to provide coverage for accidental damages to your vacation rental during your stay with us. This damage protection does not cover and Tenant is responsible for any willful or negligent behavior that results in damages including but not limited to smoking, theft, parking on grass and excessive cleaning.

TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant agrees to assume the following responsibilities as part of the rental agreement: Tenant must occupy the property and cannot assign or sublet the Property, or any part thereof. Tenant is solely responsible for all personal property brought onto the Property. Foxhall Sporting Club, LLC and the property owner have no responsibility for any damage, destruction, or theft to Tenants’ personal property under any circumstances. Tenant is responsible for all keys issued to the rental property and is responsible for the cost of replacement and/or re-keying of locks in the event that keys are lost, misplaced or not returned. Tenant is responsible to follow check out procedures and to leave the Property in good, clean condition at check out and will be charged for any additional cleaning needed. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate termination without refund. Rearranging of furniture is not permitted. No parking on grass. Tenant will be responsible to pay for repairing sod where damaged. Tenant acknowledges they are renting the property and its contents for vacation/residential purposes only. No events, rehearsal dinners, or parties are allowed at any the lodges or villas. Camping, recreational vehicles, RV’s and ATV’s are prohibited at Foxhall. Foxhall employs the Good Neighbor Policy for all resort rental properties and Tenants. Tenant conduct not conducive to the good neighbor policy (excessive noise, disruptive behavior, etc.) will result in early termination without refund. Tenant agrees to abide by all policies, laws and regulations of Foxhall.

INSPECTION/HOUSEKEEPING CHECK: Owner’s agent and employees of Foxhall shall be permitted to enter the rental property to perform inspections, housekeeping checks, repairs, and maintenance as needed during the rental period.

SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING is allowed in the Rental Property or in any Club Building at any time. Should this event occur, Tenant occupancy will be terminated immediately without refund and Tenant will be charged an additional $500 professional cleaning fee.

PETS: Pets are only allowed in pet friendly rooms accompanied by a $100 pet fee. If you would like to bring your pet please let our reservations team know at time of booking as we will not be able to accommodate pets on the day of arrival. Should a pet be found in a room not designated for pets Tenant occupancy will be terminated immediately without refund and Tenant will be charged an additional $500 professional cleaning fee.


CANCELLATIONS: All payments for lodging reservations are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will be charged the full rental amount. No refunds or transfers will be granted under any circumstance.


INDEMNITY: The Tenant agrees to release and indemnify Owner and its Affiliates from and against all liability, should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of the lease, resulting from any cause whatsoever, Tenant will indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its Affiliates for any injuries, accident or otherwise, incurred or suffered upon the premises by tenant and Tenants or anyone associated with tenant for any cause whatsoever during the term of this rental agreement.


TERMINATION: If the Tenant or any member of his party violates any of the terms of this agreement, the Owner/Manager may terminate this agreement without refund.
